Courthouse

A mixed-use renovation and extension of Manchester’s Grade II Listed county courts building into high-spec office space for the Oddfellows Society and ground-floor retail , and food and beverage units including Hawksmoor. Significant accessibility and heritage issues were overcome to provide modern, flexible commercial accommodation.
